The PBX price structure at Callika is mainly a combo of three prices-

  1. One-time fee
  2. Recurring fee
  3. Forwarding fee

  1. One-time fee: This is the set up fee where we charge for the expenses that we incur on account of setting up the desired facility for you. This is a kind of an administration charge that we would levy once that you have signed up with us in order to maintain and update your account details. This is a nominal one-time fee that gets distributed over the term of your relationship with us so that your per unit cost in this regard comes down to almost being null.
  2. Recurring Fee: At Callika, you pay us a recurring sum for the services we render you, which is to say for the automated client that handles your phone calls.
